A strategic and global Chief Operating, Sales, and Marketing executive with over 30 years of progressive experience building enterprise value for public and private companies in the aerospace, defense, energy, telecommunications, consumer electronics, industrial, and transportation industry sectors in both domestic and international settings. A demonstrated track record of taking companies to the next performance level and EBITDA by installing clear goals, concise metrics, end to end controls and processes, and building effective and empowered teams. Intuitive communication and leadership skills partnering with Boards and senior management teams to develop and execute focused strategic and tactical initiatives. Bill Curry  |  Managing Partner

Bill began his career working in his family's 70 year old, 100 employee business. At 30, he founded a distribution company that grew to $15 million in sales before successfully selling it. He has served in a leadership role in Contracting, Distribution, Publications, Marketing, and Education. Bill took on the job as a turnaround COO for a multi-location family business that grew 70% to $50 million in revenues during three year tenure before being successfully sold. He has helped over 50 companies develop and successfully execute their strategic and tactical business plans. For the past 7 years Bill has served as mentor and coach to leaders in a variety of industries. Bill's passion is working with business leaders who are humble yet have the desire to be better. Leaders who want to have a better life and to contribute and have relevance in the lives of the people they touch. Leaders who have a plan and want to exit on top.


NORM COLLARD  |  PARTNER

Norm has been practicing public accounting for over 30 years. He co-founded the firm along with business partner Paul Sowizral in 1989. Norm's practice focus is the taxation of small and closely held businesses and the coordination of tax issues between the owners and their business. His areas of expertise include medical practices, consulting firms, start-ups, high-tech, manufacturing, construction, retail, international taxation and non profits.

ROB ANCTIL  |  PARTNER

Attorney Anctil serves as our legal partner and is licensed to practice in both Massachusetts and New Hampshire.  His team offers a full spectrum of services representing individuals and corporations. 

Attorney Anctil is a frequent lecturer on condominium and real estate topics.  He speaks to various groups of real estate professionals including the Massachusetts Continuing Legal Education (MCLE), the Real Estate Bar Association of Massachusetts (REBA), Northeast Association of Realtors (NEAR), and Community Associations Institute (CAI).   He is an active member of Vistage International, the world’s largest organization of chief executive officers.


Dan Greenwald  |  Partner

Dan Greenwald has 25 years of strategic marketing experience spanning many markets. His marketing philosophy, called B2Me, focuses on the science behind stimulating powerful emotional connections between brands and people. Dan has won International accolades for his work for brands including SAP, American Express, Massachusetts General Hospital, Whole Foods Market, and hundreds of other brands of all sizes.  He is a popular guest speaker at industry events and Boston area universities. Dan graduated from Clark University with a degree in Psychology and Communications.
